The Recap.

The listing activity picked up noticeably last week in San Carlos.  Eight new listings launched on the market, while only three homes were put into contract. That boosted the inventory of single family homes for sale in San Carlos up to 19.   This is still a relatively low number of homes for sale, but the increase in inventory is encouraging for buyers who are growing concerned at the lack of homes to view.   This is pretty normal for the month of January, as we don't see the normal spring swell of listings until at least March.
