The Recap.

Last week was yet another week of very strong sales in the San Carlos real estate market. Nine new listings hit the market, and seven existing listings were put into contract during the same stretch. All four homes that closed escrow last week got 6-figure premiums over their respective asking prices, showing just how competitive the market still is. Those four homes were on the market for only 5 days on average, which underscores the need to see homes as soon as they hit the market in San Carlos. The hot listings aren't lasting a week in this current environment.
