The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 5/24/21

The Recap.

Buyers outworked the sellers this week, with 11 homes being put into contract versus only 7 new listings. Home prices remain strong, and some significant 6-fixure premiums were paid to lock up some of the more recent sales, which has become almost normal the past few months in San Carlos.

While buying activity still remains strong, this is the time of year when we start to see “buyer fatigue” — a topic that I'll cover later this week on the blog.
