The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7/26/21

The Recap.

Once again there were some stunning prices posted for sold homes in San Carlos last week. Aside from 332 Devonshire Boulevard fetching $4.5M (making it the 4th highest residential sale in San Carlos history), two homes sold for premiums of over $500,000 above the list price. Inventory remained relatively stable with 22 homes on the market and buyers still clearly outnumber sellers in this environment. Low inventory and interest rates are continuing to stoke the fire, so prices won't be coming down any time soon.
