The Recap.
The inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos dropped quite dramatically last week. The week started off with 20 homes for sale, and finished with only 13, so it's obvious that buyers still outnumber sellers in this market. But rest assured that more inventory is on the way, since many of the prep contractors are still very busy.
Speaking of inventory, I will have two beautiful White Oaks homes coming on the market very soon! The first will be on the market this week, so stay tuned to the blog for more details and photos of this gorgeous home.
