The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 9/13/21

The Recap.

As I predicted in the previous Week in Review, the week after Labor Day weekend historically starts the Fall market in San Carlos, and my prediction was spot on this year. After a spell of zero new listings the prior week, 13 new homes hit the market in just 5 days last week. This more than doubled the inventory of homes for sale to 18, which is still not a huge number but is a big jump from the 8 homes that were on the market last week.

Buyers can also rejoice in the fact that more listings will be hitting the market in the coming weeks as home sellers push to get their homes on the market and in contract before we start that glorious trip into the holiday season!
