The Recap.

Welcome to Fall 2021! The last full week of September was a busy one in the San Carlos real estate market. 12 new listings entered the fray, and 11 existing listings were put into contract. This bumped the inventory of single-family homes for sale up to 21 as head into the first week of October. This coming month should also be quite busy if it keeps the regular tradition of Octobers in San Carlos. It's the last full month of daylight savings and warm weather, and home sellers will be looking to get their homes into contract prior to the holiday season, and home buyers that are looking to move into their new homes before the end of the year will have a great opportunity to do so.
