The Recap.

Welcome to October! The top-line numbers for the San Carlos real estate market didn't seem to budge last week, but that doesn't mean the market was not busy. The overall inventory remained just about the same at 20 homes for sale, but that was after 11 homes were put into contract in just 7 days. The number of new listings to hit the market each week this Fall has been robust, and has given home buyers a good reason to be out looking.

Speaking of great new listings, I have a fabulous 4-bedroom White Oaks home that will be hitting the market later this week! Stay tuned for more details.
