We are in the Thanksgiving week, and that means that the market will most likely be pretty quiet this week. Coming into last weekend, there was only one new listing to hit the market, and that dropped the inventory of homes for sale down to 7 in all of San Carlos. So even if there was a full week to buy, there are very few homes for sale right now in San Carlos.
