The Recap.
As expected, it was a very quiet holiday week in the San Carlos real estate market. There were no new listings during the Thanksgiving week, and 4 homes were put into contract. This dropped the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos down to the lowest level of the year at 4 homes for sale in all of San Carlos. But even if there's not another home to sell this year, the market this year has already exceeded 2020 by over $100M just in San Carlos. Every meaningful revenue record will be rewritten at the end of this year, and there's still a very good likelihood that we will exceed the $1B sales mark for the very first time.
