The Recap.

It is certainly starting to feel more like winter these past two weeks. The welcome return of rain, and the absolute absence of new listings is about par for the course for mid-December. Only 4 homes remain on the market as we head into the final weeks of the year, and you can probably expect that number to remain about the same until we hit the new year.

If you're still trying to get into the San Carlos market, this is a great time to revisit your finances and make sure that you're ready to hit the ground running right after New Years. More and more sellers are putting their homes on the market as early in the new year as possible to take advantage of the lack of inventory, so it will pay to ready to jump back in as soon as the calendar clicks over to 2022.
