We're certainly in Holiday mode as we enter that few remaining weeks of 2021. There were no new listings to report last week, and only 1 home was put into contract. Buyers seem to be ready to call it a year and wait for more inventory to make the rounds in January. Even if you are eager to find a home in San Carlos, there's just nothing to choose from with fewer than 5 listings still on the market.
