The Recap.
The final week of what has been yet another remarkable year is upon us. No matter what happens this week, the San Carlos real estate market has smashed literally every statistical revenue record that you can imagine. I'll publish the final numbers just after the end of the year, so stay tuned to the blog.
There were 3 new listings that tested the holiday market last week — one of which has a very Palo Alto-like price of over $2,000/sq foot, and the other a relative San Carlos bargain at only $1,200/sq foot. It will be interesting to see where both of these end up.
