The Recap.

The new year is finally upon us, and probably not soon enough for many people! As you might imagine, real estate activity is a bit slow at the very beginning of every year and this year is no different. Currently, there are only 2 homes for sale in the entire city of San Carlos, but that number will grow as we emerge out of the holiday season. Only one home was put into contract and at least one new listing is primed to hit the market this week. The big discussion now in the industry is where interest rates might be heading, and how that will impact our local market (if at all.)
