Sales activity in the San Carlos estate market remained slow last week, which is typical for early January as sellers are preparing their homes for the Spring market. Consequently, the inventory of homes for sale remains in the single digits, but it won't remain that way for long. Based on what I am hearing from stagers and inspectors, they are very busy early on in the year and that is usually a predictor of what's around the corner. If you're a buyer in this market, get your pre-approval updated and get ready for what promises to be another robust Spring real estate market in San Carlos!
