The inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos remains at frustratingly low levels as we enter the last week of January. There are currently only 5 homes for sale in all of San Carlos, despite the fact that 4 new listings hit the market last week. If 129 Brook Street is any indication of the level of buyer frustration, it was put into contract with multiple offers only 4 days after listing. But like we say every year at this time — be patient, there are more homes coming!
