Listing activity finally picked up a bit last week with 7 new homes entering the market, but inventory still remains very sparse for this time of year. There are still only 10 houses for sale in the entire city, but look for that to increase in the coming weeks, especially after the conclusion of the Super Bowl which often is the unofficial start of the Spring real estate market.
