The Recap:

Low inventory continues to plague buyers looking to make San Carlos their new home. No matter how many listings hit the market in a given week, they are absorbed almost immediately, and that is what is keeping the inventory of new homes in San Carlos in the single digits again this week. We are starting off the week with only 7 homes for sale in the entire city, and several of those are not fully on the market yet, so the net number is even lower.
