The Recap:
Sellers slowly outgained buyers this past week in San Carlos. 5 new listings to hit the market but only 2 homes went into contract, marking the first time in a while where there were more new listings than homes going pending. But that only lifted the inventory slightly and we're still only sitting on 9 homes for sale in the entire city. We need new listings almost as much as we need more rain!
