The Recap:

After the dearth of listings that we discussed in the previous update, the inventory of homes in San Carlos bounced back a bit last week. 8 new listings hit the market, and only 3 were put into contract, so that helped get the inventory (barely) back into double digits. The good news is that more listings appear to be imminently hitting the market, so that will help give buyers even more to choose from. Regardless, to see the inventory this low as we enter the peak period of the spring market is a more than a little disconcerting for buyers.
