If this were somehow possible, the real estate market in San Carlos just seems to get hotter every week. Some of the sales prices that you'll see closing in the coming weeks will attest to how competitive this market is, and how the current economic environment is pushing the pace of sales — sellers are concerned about delaying their sales until the fall in case the economy starts to cool, and buyers are rushing to get into homes before interest rates rise too high. That combination right now is making this an extremely fast paced and competitive spring market.

Going into this week, there are 14 homes currently for sale in San Carlos. I have two new listings coming up — both are in the hugely popular flats of San Carlos, so stay tuned for more details!
