The Recap:

Sellers in San Carlos finally made some noise last week bringing 8 new homes onto the market. Sellers snapped up 6 of the available homes last week, which means the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos only increased by a few homes to 12 total. We're in the home stretch of the Spring market, so you can expect to see some sort of surge in listings over the next 4-6 weeks as sellers race against the summer deadline to get their home on the market. As I have said many times before on this site, June and July are great months to buy a house in San Carlos, not necessarily for selling a house. It remains to be seen if the looming specter of a recession will change that traditional lull in the market.
