The Recap:
The inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos took a serious nose-dive this past week. There was only one new listing to hit the market, while 8 homes were put into contract during the same period. That drove the inventory of homes for sale to 7 as of this morning. That number is even deceptively high because 2 of those 7 homes will be taking offers today, and another 2 of the total 7 are not even built yet. Conceivably, tomorrow there could only be 3 homes in all of San Carlos that you can buy and move into. It can't get much tougher for buyers than that.
