The Recap:

Activity in the San Carlos real estate market was somewhat light last week, as one might expect with all of the graduations and associated gatherings, as well as people heading off for vacation. There were only 4 new listings to jump into the market, and only three buyers grabbed homes during the same period. The net result is that the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos bumped up to 21, with the average days on market (DOM) for those also creeping up slightly to 20 days – that's milestone we haven't seen in quite a while.

This is a great time of year for buyers to double down their efforts to get that elusive home. The competition is less fierce in many cases, and homes are generally sitting a little bit longer before getting put into contract.
