Welcome to the first week of August, 2022. After what was a very sluggish month of July, we're entering August with 38 single-family homes for sale. If you've followed the San Carlos real estate market at all for the past 10 year or so, you'll know that's a fatter number than we are used to. The good news is that it appears that activity is starting to pick up again now that vacations are drawing to a close and home buyers are back on task. Still, this is a the kind of environment that buyers have been craving for a long time, minus the high interest rates and the convulsing stock market.
