The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 8/15/22

The Recap:

The San Carlos real estate market started to show some signs of life last week, compared to the waning days of July where we saw very little activity. Three homes were put into contract last week, and it's apparent that more buyers our out looking again. The inventory of homes still for sale in San Carlos has not changed much, and is still abnormally high at 40, but we're getting the sense that buyers are returning to the ring after a few months of vacation. This coming week should be very telltale.
