The Recap:

Buying activity picked up slightly last week in the San Carlos real estate market. 5 homes were put into contract, and with the cancellation of a few listings, the inventory of homes for sale actually dropped to 36 as of this morning. This is still a pretty large number for just a couple of weeks before the Labor Day weekend. The active listings are still feeling price pressure, as a full 1/3 of them have had to make price adjustments and the average days on the market is sitting at over a month now.
