The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 8/29/22

The Recap:

Home buyers were able to whittle down the inventory in San Carlos slightly last week. We are entering the week with 31 single-family homes for sale, which is the lowest level we've seen in about a month, but I expect that number will likely rise after the Labor Day Weekend. Many of the Fall sellers often wait until after the holiday weekend to list their homes, and this year doesn't appear to be any different in that respect. The encouraging sign for sellers is that it appears that more buyers are out looking at homes again, since open houses appeared to be more busy this weekend.
