The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 11/21/22

The Recap:

The numbers below convey a real estate market that is ramping down for the holidays. There was only one new listing to add to the inventory, and that home is actually a re-list from a few months ago, and only two homes were put into contract. Activity will be even lighter with the abbreviated schedule this coming week. Look for a number of listings to take a hiatus from the market next week, so the inventory is likely to drop further.
