The Recap:

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. We will be heading into the final month of what has been an unprecedented year in the world of San Carlos real estate. The first half of 2022 was shaping up to be a record setting year with home prices hitting all-time highs, and the sales volume on pace to meet or exceed last year's $1.1B mark. But as we now know, that's simply not going to happen. With the bottom falling out of the market in the second half of the year, the San Carlos residential real estate market will be luck to even match the sales volume that was achieved in either 2018 or 2019. More on those statistics to follow as we get closer to the end of the year.
