The Recap:

OK, have we had enough rain yet? I imagine it's hard for buyers to get pumped up about going out and looking at homes on a Sunday when it's pouring rain and cold like it was yesterday. As long as we can remove the word “drought” from our dialog, it will be worth it (although I'm afraid in the spring it will be replaced by “flood”).

On the good news front, inventory is starting to increase in San Carlos. There were 5 new listings to enter the market last week, and another 4-5 “coming soon” homes that I am aware of, so home buyers have some new options to consider by next weekend's rainy open houses (yes, more rain is in the forecast for next weekend). Although there are only approximately 13 homes for sale right now in the city, that number should increase by the end of the week.

I have an incredibly beautiful 4BR listing coming up in Howard Park in the coming weeks. Totally remodeled and close to downtown on a very desirable street. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the launch date!
