I hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend! The weather is finally turning favorable again after such a dreary winter. This week will likely be a bit slower in the real estate market as many buyers are taking advantage of the traditional Easter break week and heading out of town.
Speaking of home buyers, they were busy last week leading up to the break. Nine homes were put under contract, while only one new listing hit the market. That pulled the inventory of homes for sale back down to 22, and that number will likely dip below 20 before the end of the week as a several other homes should follow suit.
