The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 6/12/23
June 12, 2023
The Recap:
Hey everyone! Instead of diving right into numbers this week, there are a few of important housekeeping items pertaining to this post that I wanted to bring to your attention. The first pertains to layout and presentation of the email version of this weekly post. If you read this post each week from your email, you've likely noted that the data tables that I constantly refer to do not show up in the email that you get. This is due to a formatting error with the email subscription software that we use, and we hope to resolve that in the next release of the White Oaks Blog (more on that below). But for now, the way to view the entire post (including the data tables) is to click on the title header in the email, which in this case is “The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 6/12/23”. That will take you directly to the site where you can see all of the data tables. I apologize for the extra step.
Speaking of layout changes, I had a brainstorm this past weekend and decided to add yet another data table to the mix on this report. Because more and more homes in San Carlos are being listed off of the MLS where you won't see them on Redfin or Zillow, I created a new table at the bottom of the post titled “Off-Market and Coming Soon Listings“. As the title insinuates, this table will also include the “coming-soon” properties that are posted on the MLS. Unfortunately, there are no links available for these properties, but feel free to contact me directly and I can send you the details on any of these properties. Going forward, the table entitled “San Carlos New Single-Family Home Listings” will only include those homes that are listed on the MLS. I hope you find this new addition to the post useful!
Finally, I'm thrilled to announce that we are in the final phases of a complete overhaul to the White Oaks Blog. The layout and performance of the site have been greatly enhanced, and it will allow much more flexibility for me to post more audio and video content as well. I can't wait to unveil the new site to you in the coming weeks.
