And just like that, July 2023 is in our rear view mirror. It's time to get those last-minute vacation weekends done because the kids are due back in school in just a few weeks. If you don't have kids, then the best vacation time is still ahead for you! September and October are some of the best months to vacation if you're looking to still enjoy some summer weather without the insane crowds.
What August also brings is the end of the summer slumber in the local real estate market. Anyone who still wants to get their home sold this year will hit the market hard in August and September. I have 3 different San Carlos listings that will be hitting the market over the next 30-45 days, so stay tuned to the blog for details, or contact me if you want more information.
