The Recap:

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend with family, friends, and of course, football. This past week I got to see a LOT of amazing friends and clients as I was delivering holiday treats. It just reminds me how great of a community San Carlos is, and how lucky I am to have met so many great families while helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Speaking of real estate goals, we need more inventory! As we head into the final week of 2023, we're on the brink (10) of hitting a single-digit number of single-family homes to choose from throughout all of San Carlos. But buyers should not despair– this year-end purge always happens, followed by a bloom of new listings in the new year. In the first two months of 2024, I will be rolling out two different 3BR homes in White Oaks, and one in Howard Park, so stay tuned for more details on those.
