The Recap:

If this past weekend was any indication, then buyers are back in force in the San Carlos real estate market. My team held open 1552 Chestnut Street over the weekend and nearly 200 people came through over the two days, despite the inclement weather. There were some neighbors, but a LOT of buyers. With only 10 homes currently on the market, there's just not much to choose from.

Home mortgage interest rates continue to trend slightly downward, which is certainly fueling the rebound in buyer activity from last year. Here's to hoping it keeps up!
