The Recap:

The Super Bowl is over, and just like in normal real estate years, the pace of new listings jumped appreciably last week. Eight new listings hit the market, which nearly doubled the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos in just a few days. But when you consider that there are still only 15 homes for sale in San Carlos, that's not terribly difficult to do.

This is a holiday weekend followed by ski week for many of the local schools and many people are out of town, which may temporarily slow activity down ever so slightly, but rest assured that the market is very robust. The open houses that I hosted over the weekend at 113 Alberta Avenue were completely packed, even despite the rain and the holiday weekend.
