The Recap:

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. Buying and selling activity was light last week in the San Carlos real estate market, as one would expect for this time of year. There were only three new listings to test the market, while only 2 properties were put under contract. The net result is that our inventory of single-family homes for sale is sitting at 10 as of this morning. If you read the May update from last week, you'll know that the same forces that kept a lid on our market last year are very much still at play this year.
