Last week was quite slow due to the shortened holiday week, so activity was quite slow in the San Carlos real estate market. There were no new listings to add to the inventory, and only two homes were put under contract, which pulled the number of homes for sale in San Carlos down to 10. Half of these ten homes have been on the market for over three weeks on average, so there's not much new inventory to choose from right now.
