The Recap:

The surprisingly brisk summer market continued last week in San Carlos with another five homes going under contract and six more new listings to replace them. Unfortunately for buyers, that did nothing to change the overall inventory level, which still remains at nine total homes for sale in all of San Carlos.

The uptick in buying activity, however, is encouraging leading into the Fall market that starts next month. With the distinct possibility of some interest rate relief, this activity could be a precursor to a very vibrant second half of 2024.
