And just like that, July is nearly in the books and the slow summer months should start to give way to a more robust real estate market in August now that everyone will be returning back home from vacations and getting ready for the new school year.

On that note, I will be listing two different 4BR homes in prime flatland locations in San Carlos in August, and I will post the details of both homes as it gets closer to their respective launch dates. As always, feel free to reach out if you'd like more information on these beautiful homes.

We're finishing up July where we began the month with sparse inventory — only 11 single-family homes are currently available for sale entering this week, but all indications seem to show a much more active fall market just ahead.
