The Recap:

The transaction activity this past week in the San Carlos residential real estate market was dominated by buyers. They locked up six of the homes that were listed on the market, while only two new listings made a debut. That continued the slide in available inventory that started two weeks ago, and now sits at just 14 single-family homes for sale in all of San Carlos.

This week marks the last full week in October, and in two weeks we turn the clocks back so that it once again will be completely dark by 6:00 PM. That definitely reduces the window of time that buyers have to see homes during the weekdays, and also marks the gentle glide into the holiday season. But there is still a lot more activity that will take place between now and then.
