The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 12/23/24

The Recap:
The San Carlos residential real estate market will literally start off the new year with a “clean slate”. That's because as of this morning, there's not a single home on the market in the entire city. The last few homes remaining from last week's report were either put into contract or they were pulled off the market for the remainder of the holidays.
There are, however, at least 10 homes that are registered as “coming soon”, or will be marketed off of the public-facing MLS, so it's not like there are not homes to purchase. And all indications point toward a quick start out of the gate in January with a combination of new listings and the re-listing of those homes that didn't sell in December.
