The Recap:

The mini-surge of new single-family home listings in San Carlos continued last week with five new listings hitting the market. We are just a little past the halfway point in January 2025 and already we have nearly as many listings to date as the entire month of January of last year. That's a good start, and hopefully it will continue.

Speaking of new listings, I'm very excited to debut my first listing of 2025, and this one is also in the San Carlos Highlands neighborhood, just like my last listing at 161 Glasgow Lane. This new listing is equally as amazing at 161 Glasgow and it will be on the market by the end of the week, so stay tuned to the blog for more details. This home shows beautifully, and has incredible outdoor space!
