The Recap:
And just like that, January 2025 is almost over. The last full week of January yielded five more single-family home listings, which put us to 18 or the month. That's not a big number by historical standards, but it's higher than the entire month of January 2024, and that's the goal for each month in 2025.
Six homes were put into contract last week, an interestingly, three of the six were either sold off-market, or went pending within a day of listing. That statistic, combined with the crowds that I witnessed this weekend at my open houses at 205 Aberdeen Drive, tells me that buyers are back out in force in the new year.
