The Recap:

I hope all of the moms out there had a Happy Mother's Day yesterday. There's always a debate about whether to host an open house on this day because nobody will show up, but I still do every year because the turnout is always good. Yesterday was no exception, and that's good news heading into the middle portion of May.

Five new listing entered the market last week, which kept inventory of homes for sale steady with last week at 25 homes, which means buyers have more to choose from now than they have for much of hte year so far. And more will be coming online later this week – I have an amazing listing in the San Carlos Highlands Park neighborhood I'll be featuring later this week on the blog, so stay tuned!
