The Recap:
I hope that everyone was able to attend the annual Hometown Days Festival this past weekend. The drone light show on Saturday night was remarkable!
In your local real estate market last week, new listings hit the market at a significantly faster rate than they were being absorbed, which increased the overall inventory for the second straight week. As of this morning, there are now 28 single-family home for sale in San Carlos.
From a historical perspective, that's a healthy number for this time of year and it's good for both buyers and sellers. Having more home to choose from tends to get more buyers seriously shopping again, but they need to start actually buying again to keep the spring market momentum moving forward, or else the local inventory will be in the 30's after next weekend.
