The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 07/14/25

The Recap:
The sales activity in the San Carlos residential real estate market remained surprisingly busy last week, considering that we're now right in the middle of July, which is traditionally one of the slower months for most communities on the Peninsula. But six more homes were put under contract last week, while eight new listings to hit the market in San Carlos.
That latter stat is especially encouraging since that brings the total number of new listings this month up to 12, and we are at barely the halfway point in the month. By comparison, the entire month of July in both 2023 and 2024 only produced 18 total listings each. If this pace continues, it will put the market closer to the listing pace that we traditionally see in July.
