The Recap:

There are a lot of things to be grateful for as we head into this Thanksgiving holiday week. One of the things that San Carlos residents are thankful for is simply the privilege of living in such a great community. Last week, I posted an article highlighting the top five reasons why people choose San Carlos as their home, and included a poll so that you can register your top pick. If you haven't voted in the poll yet, please do so!

As we typically see this time of year, the inventory of single-family homes for sale in San Carlos is slowly dwindling. At the time of this post, there are only 13 single-family homes for sale in all of San Carlos, and 1/3 of those are listed at $5M or higher.

That inventory will likely continue to drop as some of the listings that have been languishing on the market will get pulled off the market for a breather over the holidays, and will then get relisted in the new year. If you are a serious buyer in this market, right now is one of those few times in the year when you might be able to get a good deal.
